Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Construct and install scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and perform finish work with expert craftsmanship
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
