Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and site cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain organized job sites and proper material storage
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic tool operation skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh metro area
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic knowledge of construction math and measurements
- Team player with strong communication skills
