Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform water heater installations and repairs following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate weekend service schedules
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience with tankless water heater systems preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
