Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties at construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including cleanup and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
