Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site operations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Mix concrete, sand, and other materials according to specifications.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Read and understand basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
