- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic concrete work and framing support
- Follow detailed safety protocols and project plans
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
