- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read basic blueprints and material lists for task assignments
- Transport materials and equipment as needed using carts/vehicles
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Columbus metro
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
