Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervisor guidance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and task support
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload trucks and maintain organized material storage areas
- Perform site cleanup and waste management daily
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic tool operation knowledge or willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday (overtime available)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED preferred
