Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, hammers, saws) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform light demolition and debris removal tasks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be available for weekday mornings/weekend shifts
