Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
