Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, loading/unloading materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, cleanup, and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Operate machinery like forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete mixers
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
