Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to the highest industry standards.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute wiring projects accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and safe job site, and communicate clearly with clients.
- Accurately complete job reports and time sheets for billing purposes.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Electrician License (TN required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding electrical schematics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety standards and workplace safety protocols.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent physical stamina, dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
