Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Support various construction phases from foundation to finishing
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
