Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing traffic
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors for accurate task execution
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and site preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for 6 AM start times
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
