Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently and provide accurate estimates to clients.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues and proposed solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work vehicle and job site.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, soldering torches, and video inspection cameras.
- Document all work orders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of copper, PVC, and PEX piping systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal transportation and proof of insurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
