Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety protocols, and equipment organization
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction or labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
