Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment on construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and jackhammers (training provided).
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining a safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
