The Role:
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist in excavation, digging, and leveling of sites using hand tools and power equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform basic carpentry or painting tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Maintain a high level of physical stamina and perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
