Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts)
- Construct and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Assist skilled trades with installation of building components
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform cleanup and waste management on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience with concrete work and framing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pre-employment drug screening mandatory
- Reliable transportation required
