- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools and basic machinery
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers
- Assist skilled trades with layout measurements and material installation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work environments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California driver's license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
