Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Execute preventative maintenance programs to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure project timelines and safety protocols are met
- Document work orders, material usage, and incident reports with precision
- Adhere to OSHA standards and local electrical codes during all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Electrician Journeyman License required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in physically demanding environments
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screening
