Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on commercial construction sites including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction tasks accurately
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and site setup
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
