Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment (training provided)
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Read and interpret basic construction plans

Qualifications
