Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations and tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and supervisor instructions.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
