Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Follow precise blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Complete daily timecards and project documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or relevant experience preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous tasks in all weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as project demands
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
