As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in site layout when needed.
- Transport materials to and from the job site.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
