Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and cleaning work sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and compressors.
- Set up and take down temporary forms, scaffolding, and ramps.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
