Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site preparation.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and free of debris or hazards.
- Unload and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety plans.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
