Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground for new construction projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Transportation: Move materials between storage areas and job sites using dollies, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Site Maintenance: Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
- Support: Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks and carry out instructions promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to the job site and be punctual.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn new skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team under the supervision of a foreman or supervisor.
