As a key member of our crew, you will support various construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, framing, and general site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in MA and NC.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
