Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use at job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Transport heavy materials and tools to and from work locations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including debris removal and site sweeping.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
