Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load and unload construction materials with proper lifting techniques
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support site preparation and cleanup activities
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
