Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and site cleanup.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to designated work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by digging, mixing concrete, and clearing debris.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow project schedules and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work sites.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
