Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Physical stamina and strength required to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Knowledge of basic construction terminology is preferred.
