Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Transport materials to and from job sites as directed by the site supervisor.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in basic site preparation.
- Respond quickly to instructions and adapt to changing project demands.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
