Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently for excavation, demolition, and finishing work
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting, carrying, and manual labor as required by project demands
- Participate in scaffold setup, debris removal, and site cleanup activities
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided if needed)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
