Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and distribute them to work sites.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Set up temporary forms for concrete pouring.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA).
