Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (such as forklifts or skid steers) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and general site cleanup.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
