Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with proper certification
- Construct foundations, frameworks, and structural components per blueprints
- Install and finish concrete, drywall, roofing, and insulation materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification required
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and variable weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
