Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring debris is removed regularly.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans when necessary.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and transport them to work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
