Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as digging, trenching, and setting forms.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
