Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean job sites, including removing debris and waste.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials as directed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team structure.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
