Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Assist senior electricians with service calls and system upgrades
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work orders and project progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (we'll provide)
- Willingness to travel between Baltimore and Virginia locations
