Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and layout tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic hand/power tool experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within Fort Worth
