Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling

- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Complete daily progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material calculations
