Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete work under supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and project-specific instructions
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies as needed
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on construction tasks
- Complete daily timecards and report job progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours (6am-6pm)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
