Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and demolition
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Load/unconstruction materials and equipment
- Inspect work areas for hazards
- Complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
