Responsibilities

- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and tool management
- Operate basic equipment like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Read blueprints and interpret technical specifications for project alignment
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
- Complete daily timesheets and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
