Responsibilities
- Perform Diagnostics & Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair complex plumbing systems, including pipe leaks, drainage blockages, and water pressure issues.
- Night Shift Coverage: Execute maintenance and repair tasks during night hours with minimal supervision to ensure facility uptime.
- System Installation: Install new piping, valves, fixtures, and plumbing systems according to blueprints and local codes.
- Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours emergency calls to resolve critical plumbing failures quickly.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and local building codes (Denver, CO).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time logs.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in Colorado (required).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Tools: Own a comprehensive set of professional plumbing tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with day-shift supervisors.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures.
