Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites
- Assist skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, plumbing) as needed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily timesheets and project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
